Industrial Property is a key item in almost every aspect related to the commercial development and competitive strategy of companies: development and design of new products, commercialization of products and provision of services, accumulation of financial resources, and export or expansion of businesses overseas using licenses or franchises.

What is Industrial Property?

It is a set of rights that acknowledge the holder's ownership of a specific technology (patent), a product name (trademark), or a particular design, by granting them an exploitation monopoly in the market, while requiring them to comply with a number of obligations (payment of fees, trademark/patent exploitation...). The Law also lays down a series of requirements to adhere to for each of the established modalities.
